Depending on the stress, medium, and installation conditions, we process geomembranes made of PEHD, PVC, EVA, or FPO. The PEHD geomembrane (also PE-HD geomembrane) is a particularly common material used in applications such as basins, industrial halls, and environmental engineering.

Smooth geomembranes are mainly used on flat surfaces. Structured geomembranes improve friction with adjacent layers and are therefore often used on slopes. We determine the suitable variant for each project in coordination with the design plan.

We handle large-area installation for basin and industrial hall sealing, as well as work on slopes and in anchoring zones. Before starting, we inspect the subgrade and coordinate the installation plan with the construction schedule.

The integrity of a sealing system often depends on the details: concrete connections, clamping profiles, pipe penetrations, rising structural elements, and edge terminations. We construct these details carefully and appropriately for each respective component.

Plastic welding is carried out exclusively by trained specialist personnel. Weld seam testing and quality assurance are performed concurrently with the installation; seams and tests are documented and handed over in a traceable manner.

The integrity of the seal is not determined by the geomembrane alone. The interaction of all components is crucial: a stable subgrade, protective layers, the sealing layer itself, connections, fastenings, and professional welding. Therefore, we always consider the entire system – and not just the individual product.
