Prepared area for geotechnical reinforcement

Reinforce. Stabilize. Distribute loads.

Geogrids improve the load-bearing capacity of soils and create long-term stability in earthworks and transport infrastructure construction.

Stability where the subgrade is challenged.

Geogrids are high-tensile, open structures that absorb tensile forces within a soil structure. This creates an interlock between the grid and the aggregate: loads are distributed more evenly, lateral movement of the material is reduced, and the entire base course is stabilized.

This is particularly important for soft or low-bearing capacity subgrades. Depending on the project, settlement can be reduced, base courses economically optimized, and haul roads, working platforms, or traffic areas constructed to be permanently load-bearing.

We take a holistic view of the subgrade, aggregate structure, expected loads, and installation conditions. Based on this, we select the appropriate geogrid, coordinate overlaps and connections, and ensure professional installation without wrinkles or damage.
